By accessing our website or enrolling in any training service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Educational Services

Core Layer Base delivers technical analysis training, chart reading instruction, and risk management education. Our programs, materials, and 1-on-1 consultations are designed exclusively to teach analytical methodologies, historical chart pattern evaluation, mathematical position sizing principles, and trade journaling discipline.

All information, commentary, and chart walk-throughs provided by Chloe Harris and Core Layer Base instructors are prepared for general educational instruction. You maintain sole responsibility for any real-world market decisions, order placements, or trading accounts you choose to operate through your independent brokers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content hosted on this website and delivered during training sessions—including text, diagrams, slide decks, trade journal templates, proprietary risk matrices, and video recordings—is the exclusive intellectual property of Core Layer Base Pty Ltd and is protected under Australian and international copyright legislation.

Enrolled participants are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to review course materials for individual educational study. You agree not to reproduce, republish, redistribute, resell, broadcast, or publicly display any part of our curriculum or proprietary templates without our prior written consent.

4. Enrollment, Scheduling & Payments

Enrollment in our 1-on-1 mentorships, weekend workshops, and diagnostic clinics is subject to availability and formal acceptance. Tuition fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Invoices must be settled in accordance with the payment schedule detailed in your confirmation letter prior to the commencement of your initial training session. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct & Account Obligations

When submitting inquiries, trade screenshots, or journal logs to Core Layer Base, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and authentic information regarding your trading background and experience;
• Refrain from transmitting sensitive financial credentials, passwords, or confidential account security keys;
• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow workshop participants with professional courtesy and respect.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Core Layer Base Pty Ltd, its directors, instructors, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, training programs, or study materials.

Financial trading involves inherent capital risk. Past performance or historical chart examples discussed during training do not represent assurances of future market performance.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in New South Wales, Australia.
