Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview of Policy

At Core Layer Base Pty Ltd ("Core Layer Base"), we maintain transparent, fair, and consumer-compliant policies regarding enrollment, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all of our technical analysis training programs, 1-on-1 mentorships, and diagnostic trade clinics.

Because our training involves personalized preparation, reserved mentor time with Chloe Harris, and strictly capped cohort sizes (such as our 8-participant weekend masterclasses), the following terms govern all booking transactions.

2. Refund Eligibility & Timeframes by Offering

A. Weekend Workshops & Cohort Masterclasses

Cancellation 14 Days or More Prior: If you cancel your workshop registration at least 14 full calendar days before the scheduled start date, you will receive a 100% full refund of tuition paid, or you may transfer your seat to a future cohort at no additional charge.
Cancellation Between 7 and 13 Days Prior: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 calendar days prior to the start date are eligible for a 50% partial refund, or a 100% credit applied toward a future workshop cohort within 6 months.
Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Prior: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, as course materials, studio seats, and instructor availability have been finalized. However, you may designate a qualified substitute attendee to take your place with prior written notice.

B. 8-Week Core Risk Architecture Mentorship (1-on-1)

Before Initial Session: You may cancel your mentorship enrollment up to 48 hours before your first scheduled live consultation for a full refund, less a AUD $150 administrative intake fee.
Work Already Started / Early Withdrawal: If you withdraw after completing your initial calibration session but before Week 3, you are eligible for a pro-rated partial refund calculated on the unutilized weekly sessions remaining, minus the cost of proprietary workbook templates already delivered.
After Week 3: Once the third week of the mentorship has commenced, tuition fees are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the Risk Operating Manual produced for you.

C. Single-Session Diagnostic Trade Clinics

Notice Given 24 Hours or More Prior: Full refund or complimentary rescheduling to another available time slot.
Notice Given Less Than 24 Hours: Eligible for a one-time free reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours without rescheduling incur a 50% late-cancellation fee to cover preliminary trade journal audit review already undertaken by the mentor.

3. Rescheduling Policies

We understand that active market volatility or unforeseen personal commitments may arise. You may reschedule any 1-on-1 mentorship session or diagnostic clinic up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting without penalty. Rescheduling requests can be made directly via email or telephone.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Conditions

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled live session or workshop without prior written notice;
Completed Sessions: Training sessions, diagnostic reports, or bespoke position-sizing spreadsheets that have already been fully delivered;
Disregard of Preparation Prerequisites: Inability to participate due to failure to provide required trade logs or maintain basic charting software access as specified in the program requirements.

5. Refund Request Process & Timelines

To request a refund or enrollment cancellation:

Send a written request via email to info@corelayerbase.click with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request;
Our administrative team will review your request against the timestamped cancellation terms within 2 business days;
Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (Australian direct bank transfer or credit card) within 5 to 7 business days.
